Faith has always had a passion to work with children. She loves organizing children’s activities such as visiting different places’ out door and in door games. Faith has also played a significant role in fundraising for disadvantaged children especially in Kenya and this has led to a great impact in the lives of the children.

Working 15 years as a career, Rachel Mwai understands this role more than anyone. Through her whole career life she has attained different qualities like empathy, communication and interpersonal skills, resilience, management skills, strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, excellent analytical and problem solving ability, team management and leadership skills. These skills have helped her to go through this role as an area coordinator. Rachel is responsible for calling people for welfare checks, complete due diligence and following up on bereavement on behalf of the family members. Her other role is as a mother of 3. Two children who completed university and working in their respective areas of work and one who is 10 and enjoying school life.
